"For me, it all started in my grandmother’s kitchen — Mabel's Kitchen." Growing up as the youngest of three girls, we spent our summers at our grandparent’s home—where I first learned how to cook and bake. It was my escape. My grandmother Mabel’s passion for food inspired me to share my own love for cuisine by creating Mabel’s Kitchen. My culinary journey began with my first baking company Dolce Cucina. By renting a commercial kitchen and shipping out my famous triple chocolate brownies, I was eventually able to create delectable goodies for the espresso bar at Dean & Deluca in St. Helena, California for 8 years. During this time, I proudly won the 2009 Central Valley Business Incubator contest for developing small businesses. This urged me to strive for more. To open a storefront and expand my menu to offer gourmet food to my hometown has always been a dream of mine. It was from this point on I knew I needed to evolve the name of my company to honor my grandmother and best friend Mabel. Come in and experience a taste of Mabel’s Kitchen.
