Sister and Brother Fu grew up in a generational farming family in the Feng Yuan District of Taichung, Taiwan. Using selected food materials and traditional processes, they made soft taro ball and delicate herbal jelly desserts. They strongly believe that to serve customers the best-tasting desserts in sincerity is the key to fulfill customers' satisfaction.
When people first get their bowl, the first thing everyone always says is, wow! When they take a bite, the second thing they say is, mmm, meat fresh is a dessert shop that makes authentic Taiwanese dessert. We take pride in making things the traditional way. The heart of meat fresh is the ingredients. Whatever we can't make in our stores, we find directly from Taiwan to ensure authenticity, quality, and our customers' happiness. Our taro comes from trusted farm partners in Taiwan. We believe that high quality taro can give our customers ingredients that taste authentic and delicious. Grass jelly possess a unique aroma and silky smooth texture. It is rich in minerals and contains low calories. Our red beans are earthy, rich, and slightly sweet. Asian people love red bean desserts for a reason, and we hope to spread that love all over the world. Since sister and brother Fu first started meat fresh in 2007, we've been able to share a taste of Taiwan. We have over 800 stores worldwide and counting.
