HI all, I am Prathima Koneru, living in San Jose. I was working as a project manager until 2015.I Quit my corporate job to pursue my dream of being an entrepreneur in the Culinary world and for my love towards cooking. So I took up formal French Culinary Education at International Culinary Center, Campbell. I finished my coursework and am currently working as a Pastry Cook at Plumed Horse, Saratoga (A Michelin Star Restaurant) for my externship. I also worked at Coopervino Wine bar and at Levis Stadium Bourbon Steak and Pub as a Culinary Chef prior to this.Im in the process of starting my own business.
