Remember You So I'm here at the cake show and what inspired me really was I'm a teacher of cake decorating and it was important for me for my students to practice, practice, practice because that's what makes you better. Entering competitions makes you better. It makes you think outside the box, it takes your level to a higher level and every single year I do a cake show, the level of cake decorating goes up a notch. Here we are, I mean my fourth year, we have people from all over the globe here today. We have people from Dubai, Ecuador, Jamaica, the Philippines, all over the United States having it to compete and the level of cake decorating is just going up and up every single year and it's just bringing up everybody getting together, everybody sharing their knowledge, everybody learning from each other and I just wanted to have a community of cake decorating people sharing and caring and have a day where we're all passionate about cake, cake makes everybody happy and today is a very happy day.
