Welcome to Pink Elephant! I'm so excited to be here combining my two biggest loves, cupcakes and adoption. To raise money for our final adoption expenses we offered a rotating assortment of cupcakes to our neighbors weekly and were able to fund half of our trip! I fell in love with bringing joy to families by offering my love of baking and have decided to make Pink Elephant cupcakes available all the time!
