Hello and welcome to I'm with Foon Seen with Steve. I'm here in Aples Florida at a wonderful cupcake shop called Sassy Cakes. And with me is Bea Harrison who is the owner of this wonderful little shop. Thank you. Just give me a little background as to how you got involved with this business that a lot of people strive to go to, especially when they're walking past and they say, hmm, those look really good. Okay. Well, I've always had a passion for baking, so I've been making all my life and collecting cupcake paraphernalia. My partner actually approached me about opening up a cupcake shop and I have it right on board. I love baking. Wow. And you're usually offering about eight cupcakes a day? Yes. We offer about seven to eight flavors each day, but we have 25, more than 25 on the website if they could special order anything. Great. What do we have over here? This is one of my current favorites. This is the p We add lots and lots of p Oh my goodness. Wow. And this is one that you share the recipe for? Yes, I did share the recipe. Wow. And what other types of cupcakes are sort of your favorites? We also offer a sea salt caramel, which is a moist brown sugar molasses cake, topped with Italian buttercream mixed with caramel, and a pinch of sea salt that just makes the flavor pop. And our red velvet is our pop seller with the cream cheese frosting. Sure. And you have some new things that are going to be happening in the shop? Yes. We're going to be offering a Naples original sugar bar. It's going to be all organic sugars, homemade vanilla sugar, cinnamon sugar, lemon sugar, and we'll have coffee and tea that we can offer here. Wow. And the kids probably love this little section over here, which is really adorable, where they can sit down and enjoy their cupcakes while mom and dad are buying them their cupcakes. But isn'that a little sweet little area over there? Yes, they love it. And they have the little blocks there to play with, but it's just the right size for little ones. Terrific.
