This is my lemon cake. It consists of lemon cake with whipped vanilla butter cream. I also use lemon cake filling. I bought some, but I also make it myself. I only make two layer cake. Normally three to four, now only two layers. It is a simple birthday cake for someone who really loves lemon. The cake itself was baked with my recipe for a cake mix by Dr. Red. So I make a really simple, but pretty birthday cake for someone who loves lemons. You can also make it with another filling, for example with strawberry, raspberry or even chocolate filling. There are infinitely many possibilities, but it is a really simple design. In the end it really looks pretty. I use these golden smettings to decorate the top side of the cake. I will link them in the video below. I will also link the video for my Dr. Cake Mix recipe. And I just added some lemon peel and some lemon extract. And so I made the lemon cake.
