Just a little look inside the life of a small town baker! I began baking 21 years ago under the best professional cake maker in town! I have extensive baking experience which allows me to work with any and every tasty sweet treat! Baking is more of a passion that I just REALLY realized this past holiday season. Every year around Thanksgiving I go into baking mode, and then it hit me why limit baking to the holidays?! I love what I do! This my take on expressive art. Cake making. I take pride in my work and stand behind my products 100 percent. Everything from pie crust to wedding cakes are done from scratch. This aspect makes my prices a tad bit more than others, but think of what you are getting. I have heard well I can go to Walmart and get the same cake for less. My response to this is by all means go to Walmart to save a few dollars....if you are okay with serving your guests cakes made months ago (yes google it...made months in advance and then frozen and shipped to stores) in a factory by low wage workers using less than quality ingredients. :) Okay Okay I have never said that out loud but I have thought it.
