Hello and welcome to Uncle G TV. Today we're inside the sweetest part of Uncle Giuseppi's, the bakery department. Uncle Giuseppi's makes mostly everything from scratch. We make our butter cookies, rainbow cookies, pinoy cookie, savillardi. We make all our pastries here, chaleroosh, cheesecakes, Italian cheesecakes, all our mousse cakes, mini cakes, parfaits, mini cream puffs, mini egg clairs, mini napoleons. Then we got our beautiful fruit tarts that we make from scratch with our own custard cream, canolis. We make fresh donuts every time we pop the machine on. People just flock to the donuts. Mostly everything you see is from scratch. Nothing but the best. We use the best quality, the best ingredients, the best flavoring, the freshest of everything you could find. In Uncle Giuseppi's, that's where you're gonna find it. Everyone that buys something always comes back. They always thank me, they always tell me, They haven't had something They had to go to Brooklyn to get it. They had to go to the Bronx to get it. Now it's here on the island. And that's what I mostly get a lot. They had to always go back home where they originated from. But now they got it right in their own backyard. And now a look behind the scenes while we make one of Uncle Giuseppi's most popular creations, the delicious cannoli. Cannoli cream is ricotta. We have fine granulated sugar, our heavy cream, our special spices. And basically the mixing of the cannoli cream is what makes the perfect creamy, nice taste. And our chocolate chips, the best.
