Pâtisserie de Lis is a home bakery created to provide delicious home-made gourmet cupcakes for all occasions. The cupcakes are baked in small batches to assure quality. Fresh, in-season ingredients are used to create flavors found nowhere else. Cupcake orders of 12 or more can be placed at anytime. Orders of 12 or more cupcakes can be placed via e-mail, twitter or facebook. A down payment of at least half will be expected prior to a large order being accepted. Orders of less than 12 can be placed during the flavor of the week. The flavor of the week is announced via twitter and facebook on Saturday or Sunday. Orders of any amount can be placed through either of these social networks, but orders of 12 or more cupcakes need to have a down payment of at least half. Cupcakes are prepared Thursday afternoon for pickup available Thursday evening or Friday beginning at 4:00 p.m.
