The third largest convenience store retailer, Casey's General Store says it's buying Sefka's parent company, Fikes Wholesale. The Iowa based convenience store says it plans to expand into Texas and southern regions by acquiring all 198 Sefka locations. The $1. 1 billion transaction is expected to close at the end of the 2024 quarter and if all goes to plan it would bring the total n Casey's also plans on opening an additional 148 stores across the Lone Star State.
