Now, before we get started with this video, I would Unfortunately it didn't work. Hi, I'mark. Not in the workshop for once, I haven't been in the workshop for quite a while. Well, in the last video, I kind of shortchanged you a little bit because I ended it very abruptly, partly because I had limitations for the way I edited the last video, but partly because I sort of didn't want you to hear this. And that's because it looks a lot better than it sounds. Now, when it comes to its looks, it turned out quite nicely. I think you'll agree. The black color is very classic looking, The stripe down the middle looks really well, something I really enjoy doing. I put these little buttons on the end here. Those are strap buttons for those of you who aren't sure about these things. That's in case you want to put it on your lap. You maybe can't see it there, but if you put it on your lap, then you can put a strap around your back and you can play it on your t All of the things that I Not that I should be proud of making this, I should say. Let me show you on the inside here. Now, I think I should say that all Daltzmer's are a little, as they say about guitars, top endy. That is, they tend to favor the high pitch notes rather than the low pitch notes. That's because there aren't any low pitch notes on a Daltzmer. But this, instead of feeling bright and sparkly, just sounds kind of whiny and nasally to me. Now, perhaps I'll be able to change that maybe by putting better strings on it. These are second hand old electric strings. Electric strings are notorious for being very wimpy when you put them on an acoustic instr Perhaps I could work with the bridge and the nut here to take some of the noise out of it. For the moment, I don't really have the heart for it. I'll have to come back to it after a while. OK, I've been putting this off and putting this off. It's about time you heard the Daltzmer hit. Thanks so much for watching all that saga of the Sauz ear Daltzmerette. It may not have been a very successful instr And I think, and I'd still quite Thanks very much for coming along for the ride. I really appreciate all your wonderful comments, all your lovely remarks and above all, all your nice remarks and inquiries about my health. My shoulder is getting a lot better now. And well, I'll demonstrate by doing this and saying thanks again. God bless you and
