Through careful, direct sourcing, Compass acquires unroasted coffee from the top 0.1% of the coffee market. It is carefully, intently roasted 6lbs (or less) at a time. Small batches make it easy to control quality and freshness. We roast at least 5 days a week. When the coffee reaches our shop, it is in the hands of some of the most capable baristas in the entire country, let alone the city of Vancouver. Our baristas have represented Compass in various Barista Competitions all over the country. Baked goods created by our mothers every morning, syrups made in house, chocolate sauce from scratch and at least 7 different coffee offerings every single day.

We're gonna get everybody up and coming over here to start smelling the coffee as it's brewing Well, you got the first time was only the smell and Now everybody's gonna go around and we're gonna each take a spoon. We have spoons right there This is a French press and it's an immersion style of brewing where you're putting the coffee grounds in with the water They sit for a certain amount of time,
