Nothing says fall Ah, yes, Dina joins us live in Fairfield. Check out Journey Coffee Co's newest location. Yes, So this brand new space was open just over a week ago, and it is so beautiful. Look at these gorgeous windows. This is a whole new development. I'm going to take you outside coming up at 10 30 so you can see one lake. It's a brand new development here in Fairfield. But first, look at this beautiful coffee shop. This was all put together by Monae Van Staden, who actually started the first journey in Vacaville a few years ago. He now has a second location in Fairfield. And then this obviously his most new location right here in the new development. Well, thank you for coming in. And it's awesome to have Thanks so much. I'm so excited to show off this space because it's really going to be a place where the community can gather, which is exactly what you wanted to feature with the new area. So talk about this coffee shop and specifically what you wanted to bring here to this community. For us, this is our vision really coming into completion. When we started coffee, we wanted to do something with community. And we started a coffee truck to get to a point And this is a space with people and families and people can come get together. So we're just excited to provide a space for that to happen. Yes. And I know But talk about the process here also roasting it locally in Fairfield. Yeah. So our Montreal journey is people matter most. One of the things with the coffee industry, we've really tried to make that statement very true all over there from the farmers. We have very intentional relationship with the farmers. So all of our coffee is ethically sourced. And then we roasted up in back of all outside in Fairfield location. And then all of our staff, too, are just they important to us. So they are really craft. They are the crafters of what we do here. And we thankful for all the people on the coffee chain to be able to make this happen. It really does. I mean, it starts with obviously where the beans are from and then goes all the way to what's in your cup, which I want to now look at. So what exactly is Nick making here behind us? Nick has we have a seasonal p It's made with fresh p And we also have a lavender latte that he's busy making on the other side. So let'see what Nick's got stirring up here. Nick, what you going to do for us? A Mickey Mouse or a. No, I'm just kidding. He says a little tulip. Oh, OK, I have to watch you for this, because I often take note of the latte art. I know it's kind of a thing that people take, It's a pretty special skill to have, I would imagine. And I do want to take this moment to boast about Nick. Nick and his wife joined our team about a year ago, and they've just made such an impact in our community and our team. So excited to have him and his wife just doing what they do. They love people and everything that they do. They've just been doing a phenomenal job. Look how cute that is. OK, be honest, Nick, how long did it take you to make to learn how to make that? And I came over here and so it's kind of It's just So probably like a month, Really? Yeah. OK, well, then I won't attempt to try it because I don't have that much time. Unfortunately. OK, well, Monay, thank you so much for having us again. Journey Coffee. This is in the One Lake Community. It's actually right over where the new train station, the Vacaville Fairfield train station is. It's a brand new development. And Fairfield and again, you can come out to Journey now. Thank you so much for having us. Thanks, guys. All right, back over to you. Deena, should we give you our orders now or wait till the 1030?
