My name is Beth and I'm working for Tybee Island. Tybee Island is about 20 miles out from the east of Cuny. Well, it's actually the end of the road. It's the end of Highway 80. That's good. Well, I was involved in a small coffee shop in Atlanta about 20 years ago. And I moved here. And Tybee didn't have a coffee shop. And over the years, I've had a few that have come and gone. And we decided in 2013 it was time to give it a go ourselves. So, I'm going to go and shop in Atlanta. Well received. A lot of local support. I've been going strong ever since. I've always been around for maybe 25 years. And so, we'll shop some there and really anchor for the whole area here. It's a good place. It's a park behind us. It's a piece of hardware. It's a family friendly dive park. So, all the locals hang out. It's a huge tourist attraction to people who love to hang out there when they come to visit the beach. And it's a perfect partner to have to be next to. Well, I'm a fan of Cold Brew. We'll make a great Cold Brew here. We use coffee from Batdorff in Boston Roasters in Atlanta. And we use their Perchimian blend. It's a dark frozen blend for cold brew. And especially the Tibie tap water with it. It makes it just really good. We just use the Toddy system where we steep it overnight. We do big batches. We do larger vol So, we have Yeah, we steep it overnight. It's easy, it's good. Yeah, well we're fortunate. Batdorff, the coffee that we get from them, it'so good that we, We don't have to make it. It speaks for itself. It's just very good.
