It's the Yellowbrip Coffee Roastery or the Yellowbrip Coffee Shop. We call it the Shop. I started the entire company out of my own back pocket. So I moved back in with my mom and started roasting at her garage. The fact that we're such a small company and we started really grassroots is just me and my brother. After I realized the capital that I had to work with and the fact that I didn't want to open the company to outside investors just yet, I realized that Tucson was the best place to do it. In the past four and a half years, we've visited nine different countries. We traveled to get to know the farmers and to see the different traditions and cultures as they vary from country to country. It helps us understand what coffee looks Not only do we get to try samples at Origin, but we get to connect with the farmer and see what it really looks And then hopefully we are able to share that story with our cons So the fact that we're not only the best quality coffee or the best craft roast, but we're also traceable back to the farm.
