My name is Anna Pereira. I'm founder and CEO of Yellowbrook Coffee. We first own the Single Origin Coffee because I think it highlights what different beans taste I wrote the business plan when I was working in New York in the financial industry. I left my job in August 2011 and moved to San Francisco and studied roasting out there under Welland Boot. My name is David Pereira and I'm director of business development at Yellowbrook Coffee. I So for about the past year we've been pouring coffee grounds onto the Tucson soil directly and it's produced some very fertile soil. Rosemary, thyme, we've got orange mint, chocolate mint, sage and oregano. Adjectate the ground again, get your nose in there. Think about it. On your spoon, try not to get any grounds. Good slurps. Yeah. And that's what we want, we want you to try something that you bring the love back to coffee.
