We import and roast and produce about 120 varieties of coffee. Our Eastern Shore Tea Company produces 150 varieties of tea that we ship around the world. Baltimore Coffee and Tea was started in 1992. My family's been in the coffee business since 1895 here in Philadelphia and also in Pittsburgh. We felt that the Baltimore market was very underserved because no one was roasting coffee in small batches on a fresh basis, freshly roasted every day. And we still subscribe to that philosophy. All of our coffee typically never stays in this building for more than 24 hours. We don't maintain inventory-sovereested coffee as most coffee companies do. We roast everything to order and based on historical sales. We have four retail locations, our home location here in Timothee, which is also where we produce everything. We have a store in Annapolis, Maryland, Frederick, Maryland, and Odenton, Maryland, right near Fort Mead. And those stores do very well and we serve a repeat clientele there and we're happy to be in all of those locations. What we feel makes Baltimore Coffee and Tea special is the care that we take in sourcing and producing our products. But our most important asset for all of our people, we hold customer service to be probably our highest goal and we consistently attain that and that's from feedback from our customers.
