Spaddy's Coffee Co.

My name is Greg Spattuccini, I go by Spatti. I'm the owner and one of the baristas here at Spatti's Coffee. And we set up every day here on the property at Phaedos Bakery. We used to take the truck around every day and do corporate offices and food truck rallies and markets and we kept passing by this lot here. Passed by, passed by and one day I said, So people can bring their kids, their dogs and enjoy our awesome weather here in the Florida, whether it's in the s I think we're one of the only coffee shops that doesn't have a door. All of our coffee is roasted locally right here in Tampa. We source all the best ingredients. Our tea's local, our coffee's local, so we try to keep everything fresh. We even get our milk as local as we can down in Mayaca City at the Dakin Dairy Farm. All those elements kind of go into the cup. So we offer everything from your regular cup of coffee to some really funky things. So you have a late night out and you need a wake up. We'll give you a cup of cold brew with a double shot of espresso in it, some Irish cream and a little bit of sugar that'll get you going or else, that'll get you doing things you don't want to do. Some local teas that we do and we infuse our teas with some lemonade, some strawberry syrups. They just kind of give you a well-balanced flavor all around and you can never go wrong with a nice double shot of espresso and keep it classic. We're here for the people. We want to create an environment that's a little different than your traditional cafe and just serve some good coffee.
