We're now open seven days a week, seven to seven at the Seven Seas brewery. The atmosphere here is family friendly, all ages. It's fun for everybody. So bring your friends, bring your family, bring them down for a kind of beer, a cup of coffee or a fantastic sandwich from Bill's Restaurant. A Star Soft opening on Friday was also my birthday, 13 year anniversary for the company as well. It was quite a party. We had a lot of friends and family, the whole staff from Ball Hall. We're starting our first official roast. It's going to be a four pound batch of Ethiopian Harar. I've done two test batches, just to season the machine.
