Here at the Rivers Edge Cafe, we have a very large menu. All of our sauces are made from scratch. Soups from scratch. Everything's from scratch. We are a seasonal restaurant. We open the end of April. It closed the last of October after the fall foliage. We're in the middle of the Laurel Highlands overlooking the river. And it just so happens to be that the bicycle trail was across the river. We have all the kayakers, the canoeers, the bicyclists, and the guests that come in and hopefully enjoy the beauty of the landscape. The great ambiance here along the river and the animal reed staff does a wonderful job. It makes excellent food. We really love coming here. I'm going to make a stuffed trout. It's one of our most popular dinner items. It's also kind of better. So we're on the Yawkingini River, a nice trout river. We've had the trout on the menu for many, many years. And it was just a regular trout once upon a time. And last year, I decided to stuff it with sauteed spinach. We also drizzle it with a lemon parmesan cream sauce. So it's a h We're getting a h Roasted artichokes, tomatoes, cuc A lot of people get that as a meal because it's a very big dish. But then some people get it as appetizers as well. We also have the bed and breakfast that goes along with the restaurant. We have the imports from India shop and also the river's edge antiques. .
