Well Tony and I are avid cyclists, mostly mountain biking, and I'm a cook by trade, not by trade, by pleasure, mostly healthy foods, and he had always been saying you need to make some healthy foods, we need to sell them at the triathlons or whatever and said that's just ridiculous. So after he lost his job he said Cycling, coffee, food, it all goes so nicely together. So we try to serve all natural healthy food. Every single purchase we make has a social conscience so we consider that when we're buying whether it's organic or local or maybe it's the location where we got it from the supplier. We consider all of that when we buy any of our items and we try to make as much from scratch as possible. We also consider different health needs Charles there's almost nothing that offers that so we wanted to provide that for people who are interested in healthy living. The Bike Stop Cafe is in a unique position. We're located right off of Main Street just across the street from the Katie Trail in the Lewis and Clark statue. What's great about our location is that we're the nexus of cycling. So in St. Charles we have road riding up and down the streets, there's lots of greenway trails that you can go on, Boschertown Trail for example. We have the Katie Trail so you have casual family riding. We have mountain biking at Bangor Island so you can get just about any kind of riding that you want here in St. Charles. The Katie Trail is 237 miles. At the end of the trail is Clinton. All along the trail are different stops and we can shuttle you from any one of those stops along the way so you can go 50 miles, you can go 100 miles, that way you don't have to ride out and come back. You can start at one end and do the whole trail. A lot of people come from all over the world to do the Katie Trail. We've had people from Australia, people from New York, people from Europe, they all come, they want it, that's on their bucket list. They want to do the Katie Trail and we'll take them to the end and bring them back. The bike shop in the cafe is a full service bike shop. We're a James Steeler and we will repair your bike. We can rent you a bike, we can sell you a bike so we can do anything any other bike shop does. With one exception we are the only bike rental place in St. Charles. So and we're located within a stone store of the Katie Trail so you can rent a bike and be on the Katie Trail in less than one minute.
