On this episode of the WMS Biz Show, we're going to meet with Susan and Gabrielle, the DNJ's cashier list. Let'see what they're doing to serve up the most delicious food in Western Mexico. Susan, Gabrielle, thanks so much for being on the show. Tell our viewers a little bit about the history behind DNJ's hash house. It was five and a half years ago on Mother's Day weekend. We opened up. It was under Dick's theory and the sons. That's where the DNJ's come from. They started out with a secret recipe for the hash that his father used to make. And I started as a server. And as time went on, about a year, year and a half later, he asked me if I would buy it and take over. And I did and I've had it almost four years now. The hash is made fresh every morning. All of our ingredients are fresh. So tell us about your most popular dishes. Our most popular dishes, we have three different kinds of hash. We have corned beef, sausage and veggie hash. They're all made fresh. And we also have 13 flavored pancakes. Tell us about the flavors. We have eminem, Oreo, banana pecan, brown sugar, all different types of flavors and you can mix and match them too if you'd Very cool. How about specialty items? We have gluten free options. We have gluten free french toast, waffles, pancakes. We also have rolls so we can make sandwiches, burgers, all that kind of stuff. So We do. We have a to go menu. You can call up and we can deliver it within so many miles. We also have a catering menu. We cater from events to 20 people to 500. Not only do we do eggs but we can do prime rib, lobster and all affordable pricing. Susan, Gabrielle, thanks so much for being on the show.
