When I use the roaster, believe it or not, these roast levels from light, medi For example, just for generic terms, someone may roast the light roast to 405 degrees. Some may roast the dark roast. A medi Some may roast the dark roast to 430. Some of these variances are 10 to 15 degrees to give me the range. I'll bring it back over here to the coffee. Just to get a look at the small difference in color variations. This is a light roast coffee. I grounded the coffee more coarse so you can see the color. It's a slight darkness with that medi Look at the beam difference. It looked different from the light to slightly. Once I go about 10 to 15 degrees darker for that dark roast, you still can see the similarities of all three coffees, but you are able to tell that this coffee is dark.
