On The Grind Coffee - Seguin

Onagans are a drive-thru coffee kiosk. We specialize in coffee. We do it hot, on ice, or frozen. We also provide a variety of fruit-infused smoothies. We do a Red Bull flavored energy slushie. We also have a variety of teas, a green and black tea. We specialize in really fancy drinks at the convenience of a drive-thru. We love walk-ups. We walk up, get a coffee, get a smoothie. We take care of you just So don't hesitate if you don't have a car to not walk up. We'll gladly serve you with a smile. Here on the grind, we really try to stay super active with our social media pages. So we're always shooting out promotions, specials. We like to do a 3-2-1 special, or larges are $3, medi We'll do a buy a large, get nine stamps. So you buy a large drink, you get a punch card filled up, with nine punches. And then we'll do No heads up, just kind of And we're just always doing fun stuff to try to get people more excited and follow our social media. Your frequent flyer card, it's incentivizing people to stay on top of getting their punches. And then ultimately, we reward you with a free drink, any kind, any size, once you fill one up. When you open up your wallet, you'll see that punch card. And it's a good reminder that on the grind's here. It's just a good way to reward the customers that are super, super great to us. Every 10th one, you get a free one, and it's just a good low rewards program for us. You get our real fruit smoothies from a company out of Austin. It's called Waterfall Breverges, and they deliver on a weekly basis. All of our supplies, all of our stuff are smoothies. We ever get everything on a weekly basis, and milk we get four times a week. So we're just, it's a logistic nightmare, but we're always getting stuff all the time. A few things we keep in mind when we serve our customers is making sure that they always come back happy. Customer service is our biggest thing. We So they come back happy, and that's our biggest thing. Ice Carmelo is a big favorite. A lot of people get it, and so whenever people are new, I The Ice to Wines are really good. Our blended drinks are really good, so it's Doing the blended Carmelo is really good as well. The blended Sandlot, the blended Cinnabon with the works, which is honey in the cup and whipped cream on top, so a lot of those are really good. And the hot drinks are good as well. People can apply at On the Grind by typing up a res Some of the harder parts of the job would be memorization. Once you start, it's a lot of information, so you have to really remember how to steam milk and what syrup goes in what drink and how many ounces go in which drinks. And so once you get past all that information, it becomes easier, but that's probably the hardest part. Sageen Locations is doing phenomenal. I'm super, super happy with the way the community of Sageen has really welcomed us. The high school students have been great. The whole community is really treating us very nicely. It's already kicking butt. I'm very excited with where it started. I'm excited where it's going. Our staff's doing phenomenal and our staff's really getting excited to be part of the community. We are open every morning at 5 a. m. until 9 p. m. at night, so all day and on Fridays and Saturdays, we're open until 10 o'clock. So we're open all day long. So we got your coffee in the morning, your teas and smoothies and energy drinks the afternoon.
