Cederberg Tea House

Hi and welcome to Cedarburg Tea House. We are a South African tea house located in Upper Queen Anne. in having tea, taking time in the day to be with your friends and your family sitting down for a proper cup of tea. And at Cedarburg we have all different kinds of tea mostly focusing on roibos because we're from South Africa and roibos comes from South Africa. And then we have lots of freshly baked goods that we bake in the shop every day which are all South African favourites. So one of our specialty drinks that we make at Cedarburg is something called a roibos espresso. Roibos espresso is roibos tea finely ground pulled through the espresso machine. And with that we make all measure of drinks lattes, cappuccinos, white mochas, iced, hot, anything you can traditionally do with coffee we do with roibos tea. It'super tasty, super good and definitely something you want to give a try. One of the items that's available for lunch and dinner or just any time of the day is something called bunny chow. Bunny chow is a South African street food. It is curry served in a bread bowl and we have different kinds of curry that we change up every week. The curry this week is a chicken coconut potato curry but we have lamb, we have beef, we have vegetarian curries and so you hollow out the bowl and you throw it in there and then you can eat it with your hands or a spoon or however you Either way it's tasty curry served in a bread bowl.
