Sip Coffee & Beer house is about bringing people together to hang out with good friends, or to meet complete strangers, to sharing your favorite stories, or telling the tallest tales...all while sipping great coffee and craft brews. Our goal is to bring the small town feel to Downtown Scottsdale. We will be using as many local products as possible and intend to provide high end coffee and craft beers in a very unique and eclectic space. Music will be just as important as our coffee and beer, playing a huge role in creating our atmosphere and identity. Staples will include live local artists, indie, bluegrass, folk, deep funk, and house music. Sip's coffee beans will be provided by Cartel Coffee Lab, a local roaster. We will feature 12 rotating craft beers on draft and over 100 bottled beers. We will also feature some very wild and unique liquor infused espresso/coffee drinks. In an effort to stay true to our beliefs, as many of the original materials you see in our space will have been reclaimed from the original building. Most of furnishings and decorations inside have been handmade or picked from Arizona yard sales or antique shops. Being a part of the Creative Center's Green Initiative, recycling and sustainability will be a continuous goal.
I really enjoy trying new cocktails and all their infinite combinations. You may have noticed in past visits that my favorite grapes are in a bottle. And I really love beer. And one of my favorite new places to peruse the brews is on Goldwater Boulevard at Scottsdale wrote appropriately named Sip Coffee and Beer House. Now let me warn you, you will never run out of new things to sip at Sip. The coffee beans are from Cartel. The cocktails are brilliantly creative and then there's the beer. You want to do a little sud sipping? My 19 rotating craft beers on tap and over 100 bottle choices. They rotate so often, they're listed on a chalkboard. So pick one. Rise of the Rio, Northwest Mango Vison, a Flemish sour ale called Munch's Cafe. How does Odell Cutfoot Porter sound? How do I choose between names Now those are beers. Sure Sip serves food. Breakfast, sour, sandwiches. But if I'm there for a cold one I've never had before, I just may get the house pretzel. It's naturally fermented and served with both Dijon and grain mustard. I think you'll Scottsdale and customers come in to read, write, study, visit, but mostly just to sip. I'm Pat McMahon.
