All right, it is time now for your tasty Tuesday, and this one's a sweet one. Yeah, if you have a sweet tooth, you're gonna Laurence Jimet goes inside Sandy's Cafe in Schenectady, where all the magic happens. Last year we did eight to nine hundred cakes. We won We are here at Sandy's Cafe located in Schenectady, where they sell breakfast and lunch foods as well as baked goods. Right now I am joined by Sandy and Marissa, the owners of Sandy's Cafe. So tell me a little bit about your cafe. We are a full bakery, and we make custom cakes as well as breakfast, lunch, and we cater. And We do. Yep, a couple times a month we have people come in, and the cake is All the frosting, all the tips and everything they just come in, they get to relax, have a good time, and they leave with So now we are going back into the kitchen where the magic is being made. So tell us a little bit about what you're making for us today. We're about to make some vanilla cupcakes with Oreo, frosting, Oreo cr So what ingredients are in this? Butter, sugar, flour, some vanilla, eggs of course. Then you always should measure your cupcakes. Don'try to eye it because it'so important to have all your cupcakes be just about the same size. So we always use a scooper. We do make fresh cupcakes every day. We have orders that go out and then plus people can walk in and we'll have cupcakes in our case. All right, and then always top them down, make sure that it goes flat. Take them right over, put them right in the oven. Alexa, spend a timer, 12 minutes. Then she goes. Now it's time to decorate them. Right here I just have our regular vanilla butter cream for these cupcakes with the Oreos. I usually leave the center open and I just kind of frost all of them real quick. I'm going to dip them right in.
