Blue Beagle Coffee is a new coffee house here in the Larkfield area of Santa Rosa and we specialize in seasonal fresh roasted coffees. The name is actually inspired by my dog Jack. He's actually a Beagle Lab and so when I was thinking about a name for the business I really wanted something that had some personal meaning but yet was also fun and playful. Something that people could remember. So Jack was the inspiration for Blue Beagle Coffee and that's how we got the name. The thing that differentiates Blue Beagle Coffee from the other coffee houses in the area is that we roast our coffees right here in-house. I roast the coffees on a daily basis to ensure freshness and to ensure high quality. We only roast coffees in small batches so that every coffee that we serve is high quality, very fresh and we also sell our coffee beans so that you can enjoy the same great taste of Blue Beagle Coffee at your home as well. So my mission here at Blue Beagle Coffee is to really build relationships, build relationships with our guests, with our people and with our vendors and we do that through creating a distinctive and unique experience with every interaction. I went through a lot of effort to try to make sure that the environment was going to be warm, it was going to be welcoming, it was going to be relaxing. So people could feel very comfortable and want to come here and stay and enjoy the good quality coffee that we have as well as the great customer service that we have with our staff.
