Palate Coffee Brewery

This is sunrise time for Republic Day Our mission at Palette is to support our cause. So when people come into Palette, we like to say it's a cup for a cause and they'll buy a cup of coffee and then that money from that cup of coffee goes back to support our cause which is fighting h So we opened in September of 2015 and when we opened we wanted to really focus on being a really good coffee shop and not focus so much on our cause. We wanted to wait and reveal our cause later. That way people would just recognize us as a place that had amazing coffee and also supported a really cool cause. So people who normally would go to a chain coffee shop are putting that money into that coffee shop but that money is not really going anywhere. When you come to Palette and you buy a cup of coffee here, that money is literally going directly into something better which is fighting h So literally every cup of coffee that you buy here is going back to support a really good cause. We don't just consider you a customer but when you walk in the door you become a part of us. We do a lot of events and one of those events is open mic night and you can come and hang out and get to know us on a more personal level.
