Guam // SF Food Parlor Traditional flavors from paradise meets California's local and seasonal abundance.
Hello everybody, I'm Antigeni and I'm here with my cousin Trisha and we're here having lunch at Probechu, located in San Francisco, California. It's during COVID-19 time so unless you were eating or drinking, masks were required. They had a nice little patio set dining area and what I thought was clever was each table was named after a village in Guam. Did I mention that Probechu was a Guamanian style restaurant? Yes, it's the first Guamanian restaurant in San Francisco, California. Now what I thought was cool was because it's COVID-19, they tried to make it to where it's less contact so what you do is you scan this barcode here and it brings you to their menu on their website and on your phone you were able to order pay right then and there and because of that unique barcode they know exactly where you're sitting at. So this is beef and potato and banana with a little bit of salad. This is the shrimp kelaguen with the coconut tatizas. There you go, it's in there. Give you coconut tatizas. Now we're gonna eat it. So we got the cuc It has kelaguen, the red rice and some pickled vegetables here along with the finadani and Trisha got the barbecue chicken with the red rice chicken kelaguen and also the pickled vegetables with finadani. Time for a good time. I hope my video was helpful for you to make that trip over to Probechu restaurant located in San Francisco, California where you can get delicious Guamanian fiesta style foods.
