Our first Robotic Café serving specialty coffee from local roasters in seconds. Don't settle for long lines and bad coffee.
I'm seeing a robotic arm and coffee. What do we got behind you? Yes, so this is our robotic cafe. This is our first machine in the U. S. that we're launching soon. Basically the idea came from spending a lot of time waiting in line at cafes. What this allows is basically really good coffee. Fresh coffee only takes a few seconds to get. How did So this one was built in, we rented It happened that one of the co-founders, his family, does metal fabrication in China. So they actually helped us fabricate a lot of the sheet metal for the first few machines and then we assembled that basically by hand, put ourselves. Wow. So it was a very tedious process and I think all of us have This isn't just your office coffee maker. You can get lots of fancy things here, right? It's a very high inversion of what people would put in their office. The biggest difference though is you partner with local coffee roasters. So the roaster themselves come out on site and they dial in all the recipes together with us. So basically we can ensure that every drink that the customer gets is tasting exactly how the roaster intends it to be. There's two ways to order. For the first time user we think it'll be most easy just to come up here to the ordering and if you ask select what you'd We do have an app as well for iOS android so you can order from home or from your desk. So it should be a pretty seamless experience. And in terms of all of the supplies that the machine needs to run, if you think about milk and fresh ingredients, who's actually coming to make sure that happens every day? We have somebody that comes by to refill and clean at least once a day. In addition to that we have product specialists on site that will help customers educate them about coffee. We can do a flight of espresso's. You can try all the different coffees we have. In the next couple of months we'll really just focus on this machine at the Metrion and getting to know all the customers here. And at the same time we're also working with several big companies in this area to try to deploy these machines at their campus.
