Rosella Coffee Co will soon have a fifth location, with a new restaurant set to debut at the San Antonio Botanical Garden in March. Rosella at the Garden will occupy the campus Sullivan Carriage House, which served as the garden's main entrance until a new eight-acre expansion opened in October. We are excited about the expansion at the garden, and happy to be a part of its continued growth, Rosella owner Charles Gonzalez said in a media release. We are ready to make the carriage house an inviting venue not only for garden visitors but also a neighborhood spot for residents. Related, Winchester, now open in space once home to original Lion and Rose Restaurant and Pub. The three, 000 square foot carriage house is currently being converted into a dining room, coffee shop and wine bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Customers can expect a menu of coffee-based drinks, tea, pastries, sandwiches, salads and other snacks. Rosella at the Garden will serve breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch from 9am to 2pm daily.
