Amore Coffee

Charlie, I'm the manager here at Amore. I've been here for almost seven years now. We are loving the Jo app. It's been nothing but helpful. We've had it for a little over a year now, I believe, and it's probably almost doubled our business. Just with how crazy we get in the mornings, we'd have a lot of people leave the line because it takes a while. We don't know who goes drinks, and we have to make their drinks. So now we get to tell people that we have this amazing app, and they can just pull right up and not wait in any line. So it's been really great, really helpful. We all love it. It just helps all around, all of us, be less stressed. It helps with the flow. It helps with us when we don't know people's drinks, it just helps us get things out faster. We can make multiple drinks at a time, but we don't always know what people are going to get. So it helps cut the line, so that's a little bit shorter, so it doesn't intimidate people from pulling up, and it also gives people the opportunity when they're in a huge rush to be able to get their coffee and still get to work on time. I think the people that benefit most from using the Jo App are those people that are usually a little bit not leaving their house on time, enough time to get their coffee before work, and the people that definitely need their caffeine in the morning. So businessmen, We have firemen that come through, and it's helpful for them, because sometimes they have to wait in line, and they'll get a call, and they'll have to leave, and so now they can just pull right up and get their coffee.
