Oh, sorry. I'm new on the shelf. Enjoy a relaxing, cozy setting while sipping on some coffee and filling up with amazing breakfast. Kevin is in live in Roseville where he's getting a taste of bloom, coffee and kitchen. So you found some good items on the menu? I did absolutely. Now I want to explain something to you because bloom coffee has been here for a while. However, it's under new ownership and if you recognize our friend Luke Nolan here, you might know him from Fourscore Coffee. Luke, what are you doing here? Well, And so we partnered up and now we just have a great team of owners and management and staff here who are just making bloom the best that it could ever be and we're so excited. I love it. So you have both sides of Roseville now. So you've got Fourscore Coffee and then you've got Bloom Coffee on this side of town, on the east side of town here. So you're not changing the name but you've changed a little bit of the style, haven't you? So tell us some of the differences that you've made since taking over. Yeah, I think what we realized right away is that the kitchen is a really big part of the heartbeat of bloom. And so what we wanted to do is bring more focus to the kitchen and be able to bring more of a cafe feel. So we've changed the seating a little bit. We put a little bit more focus on our outdoor seating as well and we just wanted to provide a really relaxed place where people can enjoy not just great coffee but also great food. I mean, food is a part of at least three, four, five times a day. It's a part of your life. So why not have good food with quality ingredients that you can trust made by great people who love you. And speaking of which, it's Come on around this way because we're going to make our way over here to the table. You said great food, great people. So we've got this beauty right here as well as a couple of coffees here. So talk about what this is. Yeah, so this is our amazing avocado toast. We use bread from Acme out of the Bay Area. Super high quality ingredients. You've got avocado. You've got local microgreens as well from Produce Express. And then we've got some pickled onions, some cheese and candy bacon. And that bacon will put you down. It'll knock your socks up. I can smell it over here from this item back here. And you have a couple, of course, a couple of coffee art. P We just, we love, we don't just love great coffee. We love things that make us feel warm inside. And then we make all of our own pastries in-house. So this scone over here is our blueberry lemon scone. We also have a new scone launching this week, almond joy scone. Oh, okay. And so we're just always getting creative and finding new ways to bring some great food and drink to people. Absolutely. Okay. So really quickly, we want to talk about, Bloom also has a special place in your heart. Tell them why. Tell Tina and John in Studio Y. I met my wife here right outside, sitting on the patio. And so being able to come in here as a married couple now with three kids and being able to bring more of a family atmosphere to Bloom has also been a huge blessing to us and, and a really, and a challenge too, right? But just kind of redesigning the space to be easier for people with strollers and being more approachable to families to be able to come and enjoy some great food. Gotta take a look at our fridge. I'm sorry. I was right here. That just, yeah, this is our, this is our top seller and our breakfast. Brito is just, we'll knock your socks off. It's got cheese, bacon, potato.
