I'm proud to introduce Parts Local Grocers, opening in the east end of Rochester, August 15th. We've got a bunch of people coming to speak at our opening day and then we've also got some fun activities. We've got a photo booth, we've got tastings by local vendors and discounts on both local and national brands. We're up to the point where we're stocking the shelves and turning on equipment, powering things up and getting ready for opening day. We're offering an interesting product mix. We've got 40 local vendors that are going to be in the store on opening day and there's a lot of great food in this region and we're happy to discover it. We've got full time people working with local vendors foraging for new products that we can sell in our store. As you walk in, you'll walk in through Floral and Produce. We haven't set the contract yet but we're looking at having local fresh cut flowers in our floral department. Pittsburgh Dairy is going to be supplying both milk and ice cream. I know that's a favorite around here so we're excited to have them in our store. Our primary competitive advantage is our location that by being a small store fitting into an urban footprint, we're able to get close to residents in higher densities in downtown neighborhoods. We hope there were a shop for all Rochesterians. We know that there are a lot of residents in downtown who don't have access to grocery stores right now. We're providing a walkable alternative to going to the suburbs. We're also hoping that there are a lot of residents in the close-in neighborhoods in Park Avenue and the South Wedge, the neighborhood of the arts, Horn Hill that we'll find this convenient to get to. When you walk in our store, you don't have to walk around two acres to find everything you need. We have a really amazing mix in our center store of some local products but a mix of organic natural products and the top selling national brands that you come to expect in a grocery store. I think you're going to be really impressed and also find what you're looking for.
