A informal gathering for coffee and conversation, simply stated, is what a coffee klatch is. We are what is known in the industry as a ‘Micro-Roaster’. This means that we focus entirely on the quality of our beans rather than the quantity. First, we choose only top quality green beans and then we roast them in small batches so that we can better control the entirety of the roasting process. By way of comparison, we work very similarly to a micro-beer brewer or small Napa winery.
