Bloom City Coffee was the branch out of six individuals that all had a passion for specialty coffee We wanted to share that passion with our local community So Bloom City Coffee was born The extreme care that we take with our importers and Selecting only the finest coffees the world has to offer is only one aspect of what makes our coffee That we roasted our facility an exceptional product Look beyond all your things Cuz you might overlook our goal of Bloom City Coffee is to make sure that whether you're in one of our cafes or you're at home Making your coffee at home that when you take that sip We only buy that grade coffee That we put in our facilities and we profile roast all of that to make sure that we're highlighting the proper flavors in those beans and then we Bring them to our shops or we put them in a bag and send them to your house Right now we're working on something very exciting at Bloom City Coffee You can go on our website and order a flight of four or five different single origin copies We'll send a little QR code or an instructional video that you can look at to teach you how to do your own cupping at home in your kitchen Comfortable setting you can identify all your favorite flavors and coffees whether it's carmels chocolates nutty flavors fruit flavors Whatever it is once you figure that out you send that back to us and then we will create a custom Personalized roast just for you that you can subscribe to and have delivered your door every single month But if you happen to be in the Portland, Texas area We do have a cafe and we're open from 6 a. m. To 6 p. m. Every day And we're at 1033 US Highway 181 on the weekends at 7 a. m. To 6 p. m But we also have a nice convenient drive-through for you to go through if you need to also in the grocery store here H. E.
