Marino Cafe is a little European cafe that I have opened for you and me to enjoy great drinks, coffee, food, and atmosphere.
I like the art, I like the cooperation of the music, and the coffee is really good, so, I think this is an amazing place, filled with amazing people. There's always a conversation to be had, there's always something to be learned. You sit down with a cup of coffee, can you have a discussion, and you learn something. You learn something different, and everybody's welcome. It's just a special place. A lot of businesses become a labor of love. It's really about the people that come to them, and making friends, and building community, and, Every person is a story. I want to know all the stories. A lot of other cafes in Portland, it tends to be people coming in, doing the wrong thing, they come in, they get a cup of coffee before they go to work, or during a lunch break, But, I mean, it's different here at Marino's. And that's what he's done. He's brought in that old-world European feeling of, Daru00edo is Marino Cafe. Coffee is part of the culture. Coffee shops are one of the most important things in any society. In America, they make amazing, beautiful business out of this. Now, what we want to do, we just want to bring this little bit of culture. I feel This is where it really happens, It's intimate. The owner, Daru00edo, meets and greets everybody. I mean, he extends his hand and he looks into your eyes, and he says hello, and it's very sincere. Coffee is a drink that can bring everybody together, yeah?
