Kainos Coffee is a local coffee roaster in Portland, Oregon. We serve freshly roasted coffee and donate 21% of our profits to orphanages we work with.
My name is Austin. My name is Martin. We are Kainos Coffee. We launched our company because we're childhood best friends. We decided to build a roaster that would have the capability of burning a wood fire and the dr With our roasting process we're able to get a nice smoky flavor to our coffee, gives us a little bit of uniqueness. But there are more aspects of our company that are unique. One of them is what we do with our profits. I'm going to let Austin take it away from here. We actually donate 21% of our profits to orphanages that we work with over in the Philippines to get kids out of garbage d We have multiple house-made syrups. We have a vanilla, a chocolate, so we make a nice mocha. We also have a coconut nectar. It gives it a low glycemic level. But our best sellers so far is our bourbon maple. We take a pretty nice little high-grade maple syrup and we mix it with some bourbon. We cook it out. It's alright. It's not bourbon. Cold brew is dope. We got it on nitrogen. It comes out with this nice silky smooth body that has a bunch of texture to it. One of the nice things about our cold brew too is that it has a very low level of acidity. So if you have problems with drinking hot coffee, it hurts your stomach. Cold brew is great for that. We love meeting new people. Come out and visit us out here on Killingsworth in New York State.
