Well one woman followed her dream and now she is helping others do the same. When Introduced you to Stephanie Vasquez she owns Fairtrade Cafe in downtown Phoenix. She's a former Valley educator who took a leap when she fell in love with all things coffee. She says she learned a lot through trial and error since no one in her circle had owned or run their own business. Well she's paying it forward opening up a non-profit that is behind a new incubator space in Peoria. She told me this is a space where Latina owned businesses can set up shop and also keep learning.
