Parkville Coffee was founded with the purpose to craft incredibly fresh and delicious coffee. We use only the highest quality, single-origin 100% arabica beans. After choosing from a selection of green coffee beans from around the world, we roast them to perfection in our shop!
Coffee is surrounded by lots of history, culture, and warm invitations into the community. Parkville Coffee plays as a central gathering place in downtown and owner of Parkville Coffee, Kristen Helling, believes the shop holds a lot of that culture and history in Parkville. We So we essentially I've always just loved the origin of coffee houses and how people would So lots of cool stuff happened and started in coffee houses. Our building was built in 1853. There'so much history inside that building and when you're inside of it you just feel Helling says that Parkville Coffee also supports local businesses, artists, and authors. Upstairs I have all of the walls are filled with local artists. We also have books up there. Authors around Kansas City are selling their books on consignment there as well. I think that the only way we can succeed is by lifting each other up and by supporting each other and not looking at each other as competition or anything Parkville Coffee had committed early on to keep themselves and the community safe during COVID-19 but they also show that same character in their everyday atmosphere.
