Welcome going up to LA going down to San Diego everybody wants to come here and so we are extraordinarily excited to have this location as you'll hear more about over the course of this evening. SAP can only be successful in the future if we continue to innovate. In order to innovate we need to attract the best people. It's very important that you give them a space where you can also allow the creativity where you have the space for successful design thinking sessions with our customers. Yes so I'm VP of design and architecture at Karma Automotive. I actually always already was here with my with our director of PR and we already planned to come back here and potentially launch one of our show cars here. I run an innovation consulting firm and this is a wonderful space. We bring our team here our clients our partners. We need to be inspired to do our work. I think this is an inspiring space. I arrived at UC Irvine just two and a half years ago. Things between our school and SAP are already happening in the area of artificial intelligence and the whole ecosystem is just waiting to explode if you ask me. After I went home I googled UCI computer science department. I googled artificial intelligence 11 professors. I said that's the place. The young ones we hire here have to be strong enough that they believe in themselves that they can break out and do something new.
