I am Chef Jaime and I am a chef here. This is Watson Soda Fountain Cafe. We are in a Swedish historic place. It was a pharmacy, then they started selling soda. In 1999, when it was found, I guess soda wasn't allowed to be sold on Sundays for some reason. Watson was one of the first restaurants that started selling soda, legally. This was one of the first restaurants that had And now it's a fully-home functioning restaurant now. The locals, they love it. They kind of love the whole environment and they come every time and say, this is the place to go. This is a pretty nostalgic place for them. We kept the kind of similar things. The 15th is kind of It's awesome. One of this pasta that we're going to be making today. It's off menu. It's And it's going to be awesome. I think we're going to All right, let's do it. We're going to start off with the chicken. It's really good. Cooked thoroughly. It's nice and golden. This is our mushrooms. We can saute those along with the chicken, and tomato, diced in it. Those are sauteed a little bit for We're going to add our heavy cream on it. Oh yeah. We're going to add our pasta. Incorporate it together. We're going to put our cheese in it. We're going to add cheese. There's going to be watering in your mouth once you try the first bite. With a little garlic bread toasted. Oh man, you're going to be coming back all the time. I want this pasta. Cooking for others, to enjoy, which is what it's all about. Making people happy with food. That's my motto. I kind of want people to come back and I want like, hey, I know what is going to make you happy. I'm going to make you some food.
