Classic Rock Coffee Company is bringing outstanding coffee with a little attitude and a whole lot of music to the heart of downtown Navasota. Our space is like a cross between a record store, a music store, a coffee shop, and a rock museum. With electric guitars on the walls, records for sale in the back (aka the Navasota Blues Alley), warm pastries in the display case, and freshly roasted coffee beans, it’s a blend of everything you could ever want. We put coffees to rigorous roasting profiles before choosing what goes into our coffee lineup, so you can rest assured you’re always drinking a mug of some of the best coffee in the world.
When I looked at it in the beginning I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just going to be your mother's coffee shop. I wanted to have something that would create kind of a destination for an episode. And I thought with this theme that they have with classic rock music, which most ages Something that our downtown Navasota didn't have. I'm Burt Miller, owner of the classic rock coffee company in Navasota, Texas. We opened at the end of October last year, 2016 and have been running here for now about four months. The biggest thing to me is the quality of the coffee for one thing. They source it out of all the regions in Mexico and Colombia and other places. They actually deal with the farmers direct and that's one of the things that sold me on the franchise was the quality of the coffee. But also we have great food items and other things as well to have for lunch and other times that you want to get different things I know for a fact that it has not only brought something that we didn't have before for our local residents, but it also brought something to the other businesses here downtown that they can, it helps the other businesses as well by bringing together what we have and what they have to create more thriving downtown.
