time now for we're open. It is our chance to highlight local businesses that depend on us to keep them going during these tough times. Yeah, and they are allowed to be open under the safer at home order. Mary Jo Ola takes us to Sprocket Cafe. We just wanted to have a nice place to hang out. Juliet Papavik is one of the coffee loving owners of Sprocket Cafe at KK and Holt and Bayview for three years. They've been serving up a locally roasted coffee, lattes, bagels and sandwiches. I love the people that come in here. My regulars are amazing. These days it's quiet and it can be pretty empty. I kind of miss the chatter in here. We're open for a shorter period during the day. Our baristas are still working, but less hours. The cafe offers their full menu through curbside service and delivery. They started marking safe areas to stand and limiting customers in the shop. Customers This is a really nice little coffee joint and we've always had incredible service and drinks and stuff. Sprocket Cafe fills more than your stomach. Juliet started a little free library that blended into the cafe with kids at home. That service has picked up and grab a couple books. I wipe them down the best I can. We got an overload of books. I had nowhere to put them with uncertainty ahead. Juliet is grateful for the community that helps keep them afloat. You can check out Sprocket Cafe between 8 a. m. and 3 p. m. daily.
