Pura Vida Grinds

So, in the beginning we knew we wanted to share coffee and the culture of Costa Rica where my husband Lobo here is from and in order to do so we found a little trailer and were excited to get going. We thought that would be a good way to get the coffee out there. So we started doing events and catering with our little trailer. There was one thing that we really wanted to add to it was nitro brew. We love whole brew. We love nitro brew drinking it personally but we didn'think were able to have it on such a small trailer. Our trailer was really tiny and didn't have much space but I found nitro brew on Instagram and I was so happy to see that there were options. We found a small pedal with a small compressor was able to be installed on our trailer and were able to offer nitro brew coffee at all of our events and that was really exciting for us. We made it really easy. They came out and installed it, helped us get it running and have been great ever since. We eventually got our truck and added the inline nitro brew system so we could just pull our tap in for the nitro brew a little bit easier even and that was our second unit after we got it into our truck and then we graduated into a shop where we added another unit, a tabletop unit. So we've been able to use a variety of the nitro brew products and have loved every single one. It's been really helpful in each one of our situations not having much space to work with. So it's been really great. Yeah and it'something unique especially when we had the coffee cart being so small. Something unique and very delicious and tasty that everyone could try and it's just been great all around even on the truck and here at the shop people really love the taste of the nitro brew, the coffee and then we also do prickly pear tea on nitro which people really
