These are actually going to get a brush of real gold on them to really make them pop, and then I may give them a little bit of airbrush and some colored cocoa butter to make them gorgeous. And what we do is we make a big slab of chocolate that we make the John Dewey, we make a paper, we call it a paper thin layer of tempered chocolate, and we shoot the John Dewey on top of that. And that has to crystallize for three to four days, in our cool room. I'll take you there with that. And once it's crystallized, we actually take it out and put a thin layer of chocolate on the top. I When I brush it with gold, all that little grunginess is going to become gorgeous. Perfection is boring. That is going to become gorgeous, and all that little grunginess is going to become highlighted, and it's going to beautiful. And we actually slide it all in here, put a little bit of chocolate on top, and we cut it. And the guitar is going to be cutting it. I can do different size, different shapes and pieces, we can do diamonds, whatever we When we take them apart, they're going to sit up and crystallize for a few hours, and then I'll finish the decoration on the other side for now.
