Lola's Cafe

Okay, my name is Wei Ming. I'm with the Better Craft Private Limited. I manage the operations and HR aspect of the company. So when we started Lola's Cafe, looking at serving the community around here, we want to bring in the brunch food and the coffee to serve the neighbourhood and the community around the Coven area, Hau Kang area. So that is the concept of the place. So our best-selling dish at Lola's has been something that I think we've been seeing since 2011 until now. It'something that the customers still crave and recognise Lola's for. It's our crispy honey wing. At the same time, it's user-friendly. So the operations for people to teach and train the people on how to onboard with Z-Mart is very easy. But I think what's more important is that the after-sales support is very good. When we identify a thing that is not working, we can easily reach somebody at Z-Mart to be able to resolve these issues that we face with the application. We have been using Z-Mart somewhere in October last year, 2011. So that's where the true efficiency starts to come in and kick in. Because our administrative, our accountant, our admin staff at the back end, they used to manually type inside our accounting system. But now they just need to export the invoices that our managers can now export into our accounting system. So with that, Z-Mart actually helps us to translate from paper form to digital form at a faster turnaround time. And with that aspect, we are able to get an overview of the finance of the company at a faster rate also.
