Howdy y'all, Yoshkeng is here from the Collectivo Coffee Training Department and I'm super excited to share with y'all some of the training resources we have available now for our wholesale customers. For ease, we've organized our training modules into two major categories to best suit your needs. Operational Consultation and Internal Barista Training. Our operational consultation consists of two levels for those either beginning their cafe journey or those looking to add exciting new drink possibilities to their pre-existing menus. The first level, titled Ops 1, consists of a spatial consultation of any cafe currently open to the public or hoping to open in the near future. We'll discuss day-to-day operations, basic machine training and maintenance, managing strategies as well as scheduling recommendations. The second level, titled Ops 2, is a comprehensive look at drink menu creation with consultation from our own beverage category manager, Emma Cowan. Together we'll discuss how to incorporate new menu items into your cafes, innovation in drink categories, and the inclusion of our coffee offerings from single origin regions around the world to Collectivo Establish Coffee Blends. We strongly believe there's a coffee out there for everyone and we want to help you find out which one will best suit you and your communities. Our internal Barista training module is divided into three distinct coffee and espresso classes all aimed to improve technical skill and finesse when working with your different espresso machines and coffee brewers. Barista 1 is an in-depth look at technical espresso training that dives into the formulas and variables of pulling delicious espresso and the how-tos for dialing in and keeping that perfect shot. Barista 2 begins to look at proper milk steaming techniques and the incorporation of latte art. We'll get you pouring basic latte art designs with confidence in no time while making sure each beverage is ready to serve with their proper milk and foam consistencies, adequate temperatures and accurate drink weights. Finally, Barista 3 takes a much closer look into the world of coffee as a whole. As you seek to gain even more knowledge about this specialty beverage, we'll cover topics containing single origin information, sensory analysis, and advanced latte art techniques, as well as different manual brewing techniques. It is recommended to take these classes in order from one to three, but all are available for each of our wholesale customers whenever your schedules allow. Both modules are live now, and we're excited to begin working with you on your different coffee journeys. The more you begin to dig deeper into the world of specialty coffee, the more it can feel a bit overwhelming, but it's our goal to give you clarity and confidence in every step moving forward. We hope you can take advantage of these resources, and we'll be here whenever you'ready for that next class.
